Nº 01 · Who are we?

A small Houston group that builds websites that win at search.

For fifteen years, our Houston WordPress design & development experts have worked with lawyers, urgent cares, electricians, garage door companies, dentists, and roofers. The one-stop shop for your SEM and design needs under the same roof.

It all matters when your website is the foundation of your SEO and Google Ads campaign. A great-looking site that’s built wrong can cost you dearly long term. A site built right keeps giving for years to come.

Every site we build is custom-designed to your brand and built on WordPress with SEO-ready features before content is baked in. No theme redesigns or page builders by an amateur.

Nº 04 · What we actually do

Custom Designs. SEO Focused. All In.

A design isn’t built in one step. It has multiple layers stacked together. Each has a function, and designed to fit together. We don’t skimp on details.

    Layer 01 · Templates
    Tt

    We build custom templates.

Our custom WordPress templates are based on the blueprint above. Markup is lean, with no page builders, no Elementor, and no marketplace theme redesign.

    • Homepage — For usability,  readability, rank and intent mapping.
    • Service-page template — Build to rank. Answers who, what, and why.
    • City / location template — Designed to excel in local SEO rank.
    • Blog template — for the contextual layer that supports everything else.
    • Feature library — buttons, snippets, reviews, schema all designed to function as one.
    Layer 02 · Content

    We integrate the content.

Pages don’t launch empty. We draft, edit, and thoughtfully place every word. Every layer is mapped to intent, not a wall of text or demo content.

    • Intent focused — every page has a purpose. To match the users intent (keyword)
    • Banner H1, sub-title, CTA — drafted + edited thoughtfully for SEO, and conversion rates.
    • Service descriptions — Clearly explain why, what and where (your city), never generic gibberish
    • FAQ — keyword research and your feedback goes into every question and answer
    • Internal link building — every link is skillfully placed for optimal usability, link flow, and rank.
    Layer 03 · SEO-ready

We make it SEO-ready on day one.

“SEO-ready” isn’t lingo,  it’s a feature and ability. Every site has everything your SEO needs at launch, never added on months later:

What ships day one view-source proof
    • JSON-LD · LocalBusiness
    • FAQ content
    • Service schema
    • AggregateRating
    • llms.txt
    • Sitemap.xml
    • Robots.txt
    • Open Graph
    • Lighthouse 95+
    • LCP < 2s
    • Mobile-first
    • NAP = GBP
    • Image alt + intent
    • Internal link graph
    • Canonical URLs
    • 301 redirect import and map
    • and much more

All of it verifiable · not  a gimmick to sound smart.

Nº 05 · How it all comes together

How a site build actually works.

Six stages take about four weeks for most websites containing 10–20 pages of content. By week one, we are ready to show you V1 of your homepage and service-page template design. We do not waste your time with intent mapping or wireframing. We do the work behind the scenes so you do not have to.

    01Discovery· week one

    The question list.

Every site begins with a thorough and deliberate list of questions. With your answers, and our insight and guidance, we hand Claude Design your brief. Within hours, we have sharpened the design for your brand, services, location, and competition. By the time you see V1 of your design, we have already gone through dozens of questions and changes. This is just the beginning of the process. Your answers shape our focus, look, feel, and design system that follows. A couple examples:

Q.07Who is your ideal customer — their location, service or product, and size?
Q.18Which competitors have your attention? What do they do better? What do we do better?
Q.31Which neighborhoods or zips do you target? What if we could engage a wider radius?
Q.46Show us two websites in your industry that you love, and why.
A real question list, customized for your business
A thorough discovery call to review answers and concerns.
    A V1 look-and-feel mockup within 3–5 business days.
    02Direction· week one

    Look and feel. One selection.

V1 delivers 2–3 design ideas covering type, color, layout, and voice. Not marketplace templates. Real designs of your homepage, built for your brand, to beat competitors, and the details we extracted during discovery. We get on a call to help you pick one. That’s the base design used to build everything else.

    2–3 design directions, real mocks
    A 45-60 minute review call
A selected type + color + voice foundation
    03First mockup· week two

    The first mockup is presented.

By the end of step two, you have a real, fully designed homepage in HTML format. It functions like a real website, not a wireframe or design file. The actual clickable design, with real copy when available, real colors, functions, components, and voice.

This is the moment most clients take a deep sigh of relief. Realizing Inbound gets it done.
    A real HTML homepage design
Real copy, drafted by us, edited by an SEO
A walk-through with your lead design conductor.
    04Revisions· week two/three

    Your feedback. Two rounds.

It usually takes two rounds of revisions to perfect the homepage. We move fast, ensuring a fast turnaround, so we can move onto designing the system of service, city, blog and about us pages. Everything is perfectly designed around your selection. We send you every page as they are completed. We don’t disappear for weeks before revealing your design. With Claude Design, the process has morphed into near instant gratification.

    Migration. Rankings protected.

If you already have a website, we audit what is there before anything moves. Existing URLs, page titles, metadata, content, redirects, analytics, Search Console, and lead tracking all get reviewed so the new site launches cleanly. The goal is simple: improve the website without losing the SEO power you already earned.

    Reasonable questions.

The ones we hear in every kickoff call.

Why are custom designs better than templates?

A template ships with numerous features, templates, and lots of other bloat you will never use. The design is not built for your brand; it is modified to match your brand. Most templates today also use Elementor and lesser-known website drag/drop builders. This slows down the site, makes it cumbersome to work with, and is horrible for SEO, especially if the original developer stops supporting the template with updates.

A superior alternative to Elementor is a full blown custom wordpress website. You get a website that is lean, owned by you, and the design is exactly what you want. There are no extra features or code that you will never use. Templates are curated around your voice and content. The entire site is hyper-focused on delivering the product you needed to perform on search.

What does “SEO-ready” and “SEO-friendly” actually mean?

In section 04 above, we cover the topic briefly. An SEO-ready website is purpose-built for SEO, meaning everything you need to perform in search is built in with optimal functionality. For example, you will need schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, AggregateRating), llms.txt for AI-SEO, sitemap.xml, templates with light HTML-to-text ratios, internal link graphs, a high Lighthouse score of 95+, mobile-first design for optimal usability and conversions, and image alts written for intent. There are so many other factors needed for SEO that we cannot cover here. For more information, visit our technical SEO and on-page SEO pages.

How long does a build take?

About four to six weeks for most clients. This covers everything from kickoff, design, SEO setup, and launch. Phase one is scope, discovery, and design selection. Phase two is the first mockup with revisions. Phase three is WordPress development, content integration, and SEO setup. Phase four is QA, further technical setup, with a specified launch date.

What if I just need a logo or a homepage redesign?

The process is faster, with fewer questions, to focus on what’s relevant. Cost will vary depending on your needs. Give us a call for an estimate.

Do I own the website and content?

Yes, everything is yours. Your domain, your website, and everything inside. If you ever leave, we are here to help you with anything you need. We never hold clients hostage, and that is why so many have returned after falling for a slick sales pitch.

What if I already have a site?

We analyze it and migrate what is needed for the new site. We also work on redirects if any pages are renamed or if you already have a history of redirects. We make sure you do not lose any rank when the new site is launched. You can rely on our experts to seamlessly launch a better product without losing any SEO power.

Do you do ongoing SEO after the site goes live?

Yes, and we will discuss SEO with you from the start. If you are interested, you will be given all the details and estimates needed to make a decision. Our SEO services are month-to-month, no contracts, cancel at any time. We perform rankings checks, content updates, technical SEO, and everything you need to rank higher. Visit our Organic SEO and Maps SEO pages for more information.

    Will the site actually rank?

Your website is built to rank, like a race car built for the racetrack. It won’t just shoot up to page 1 without monthly SEO, but it will hold its rank and often increase in visibility. However, to really pursue rankings, you need a monthly SEO campaign. Read more about our Organic SEO and Local SEO.

    Ready to build smart?

Faster, cheaper — built right. That’s the deal.

Tell us about your business in 60 seconds. We’ll send back a real intent map and a real number — same week, no sales pitch.
